No. Choose in-home digitizing if you want your originals to remain at home during the process. Doorstep pickup and return is also available by agreement.

Pricing is quoted after reviewing your collection and the service you need. Keepsake covers up to 400 scanned items, Heritage up to 1,500, Legacy up to 2,000 and the Heirloom Collection up to 3,500. Specialty work and larger collections are quoted individually.

Timing depends on the size and condition of your collection, specialty work and appointment availability. We confirm a project schedule with you after the collection assessment.

Our photo scanning service uses 600 DPI. We discuss file formats, specialty items and delivery requirements during your consultation so the archive suits your collection.

We assess photographs, album pages, scrapbooks, letters, notebooks and children’s artwork. Fragile, bound, decorated or oversized items need an individual handling plan. Leave stuck photographs in place and ask us to assess them first.

Tell us about any slides, film or specialty materials during the consultation. These items are assessed and quoted individually; suitability and scope are confirmed before work begins.

Packages include organized digital folders and USB delivery. Cloud storage setup and other options depend on the package you choose. We guide you through your files during handover.

Yes. With pickup service, your original materials are returned with your digital archive. With in-home service, your originals remain at your home.
