Two ways to preserve your collection
In-home digitizing
We bring the digitizing process to your home. This option suits families who want their original photographs to remain at home throughout scanning. We agree on the collection, handling needs and appointment arrangements with you first.
Doorstep pickup and return
We collect your materials by appointment and return them with your digital archive. This option lets you hand over the collection personally. Nothing leaves your home without your approval.
What happens before your appointment?
During the consultation, we review your collection and confirm which materials can be scanned, how delicate items will be handled, the project scope and the delivery options. Tell us about album bindings, fragile paper and any items you do not want removed from their current order.
For in-home work, we also agree on a suitable workspace and appointment timing. The amount and condition of your material affect how the work is scheduled; a completion date is confirmed for your project.
Privacy and personal handling
Your family photographs are personal. We use cotton-glove handling and discuss any special privacy requirements with you. An optional signed NDA is available. Read our privacy policy for how contact information and personal materials are handled.
Cloud delivery is a choice to discuss, not a reason to give up control of your archive. Ask us to explain the storage provider, account ownership and sharing settings before choosing cloud setup.
Delivery you can use
Your archive includes organized digital folders and USB delivery. Cloud setup and additional preservation options vary by package. We review your files with you during handover and help you understand how to access the collection.
