From a box of prints to a family archive

Digitizing your photos makes them easier to find, copy and share with family. We help you plan the collection, scan your originals and organize the resulting files into labeled folders. You can choose in-home digitizing or arrange doorstep pickup and return.

What can be digitized?

Bring your printed photos, family albums, scrapbook pages, letters, notebooks and children’s artwork to the consultation. Fragile, decorated, bound or oversized items need an individual handling plan. Slides and other specialty materials are assessed and quoted separately; tell us what you have before scheduling.

How much does photo scanning cost?

We quote your project after reviewing the number, size and condition of your items and your delivery preferences. Keepsake covers up to 400 scanned items, Heritage up to 1,500, Legacy up to 2,000 and the Heirloom Collection up to 3,500. Larger or specialty collections receive an individual quote.

A photo scanning appointment is different from restoration work. If you want an image repaired or enhanced, discuss the expected result and any additional scope before work begins.

Prepare for your consultation

1. Estimate how many boxes, albums or loose photographs you have; an exact count is not needed to start.
2. Keep meaningful groups together and note names, events or dates you want to preserve.
3. Leave stuck photographs and fragile album pages in place for assessment.
4. Decide who will use the archive and whether you prefer a USB drive, cloud access or both.

We serve Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers by appointment. Complimentary in-home consultations are available in Naples and Marco Island. For other locations, contact us to confirm availability and any travel arrangements.
